Warranty & Repair
Thank you for choosing BONIA Watches! We guarantee that all watches purchased are new, genuine, and 100% authentic. Our International Warranty covers every watch purchase made on our website, with the warranty period starting from the date of purchase. For customers purchasing from other channels, such as local authorised retailers, the warranty service will be handled by the original retailer.
Each watch comes with a 12-month product warranty unless stated otherwise. Please refer to the warranty booklet included with your ordered product(s) for more details. To make a warranty claim or request watch care services, customer must present the warranty booklet at our authorised service & repair centre. For information on the BONIA authorised service & repair centre in your country, please contact us at cs@boniawatches.com and provide the following details:
- Customer Name
- Contact Number and Email Address
- Copy of Original Invoice or Order Confirmation Notification
- Detailed Description of the Issue
Please note that our warranty does not cover:
- Wear and tear to the case, strap, or bracelet, as well as failure or damage resulting from improper use or carelessness (such as dents, crushing, broken glass, etc.)
- Damage caused by accident, mishandling, incorrect, or abusive use
- Aesthetic changes due to normal wear and tear, such as scratches or alteration of colour
- Broken crown, battery replacement, scratched or cracked case
- Theft or loss of the complete watches or components
- Alteration or repair not performed by A. D. Time Sdn Bhd or its authorised agent
Under the warranty period, we may replace or repair customer watch for manufacturing defects due to faulty material or workmanship under normal conditions of use. Parts not covered by the warranty are subject to charges, and a quote will be provided before proceeding with the repair.
